What is Lightwork?
Lightwork is all forms of Love - Higher through to Lower. Love that is initiated by -and emanates down from -the Highest part (where our spiritual nature is most natural) of all beings that are infused with an element of Source.
Lightwork/Love has many levels of expression which affect us individually differently, with the aim of encouraging us to become receptive to our potential of spiritual growth and to step into it, to consciously live our ever-evolving spiritual nature.
This concept may seem quite confusing - it is an understanding that grows on us, as we remain open to it and seek ways of exploring it. The key is to be open to understanding what our own personal, individual and growing understanding of Love really is, what it really means from our own personal Soul perspective at our individual stage of spiritual growth. At times it has been believed that Lightwork is limited to conscious metaphysical energies interaction by "metaphysicians" and therefore only practiced by a few. If we open ourselves to exploring and expanding that understanding, we can see that Lightwork is all around us at varying levels and that we all participate in it.
There are many different ideas, philosophies, theologies and metaphysical systems etc intended to open our awareness and understanding of Lightwork. At the Lightworkers' College, we aim to help with this as mentioned above in a variety of ways to suit a variety of people. Our first course is a comprehensive, structured, 3-part course "Awakening Your Lightbody", which may appeal to those interested in metaphysical topics such as: the Lightbody; linking with Soul's essence; the Ascended Realms; the question of "what is it to live in love?" and spiritual growth and is particularly relevant to those who seek a regular spiritual practice. Deliberately becoming observant of our interrelationship with Ourself, others and our environment and noticing the consequences of those interrelationships and our role in them, is a helpful starting point to open up our perception and understanding of Love from the angle of Lightwork.
Our viewpoint of Love is an individual thing. How extensively we let it flow is an individual thing. It is up to us.
Whatever our circumstances/experiences, our Soul is gently nudging us on with its whispers, synchronicities, omens, portents, symbolism etc (its unique expression of Lightwork) to help us see opportunitites for our spiritual growth. We can go with this flow or ignore it, the choice is ours.
When we go with the flow and act upon our Soul's whispers of living love and gently begin to deliberately incorporate the essence of our Soul into our thinking - our actions - our lives (co-operative Lightwork) we begin to refine our auric resonances, our magnetic field. The consequence of refined auric resonances is that our magnetic field gently attracts into our lives healing, spiritual qualities such as joy, peace, harmony, enthusiasm, fun, laughter, focus, direction - in abundance. Living these qualities, brings us health at many levels.
Much of the above may seem complex, if something is new to us it may at first "seem" complicated. In reality the action of Love - the principal of Love - recognising its interacion in our daily lives - is simplicity. Linking with our Soul's Lightwork, noticing it in action - is simplicity.
